Sometimes Less Is More
Can you have too much of a good thing, even when that good thing is the most Hyped sports content? Yes, if you don’t care about the NBA (although how could you not love that sticker dunk?) and are looking only for some spring training tips.
Yesterday we released My Ballhype – a customizable home page that lets you select which players, teams, and other types of content to view on your home page. We basically widgetized the entire site, so you can also bring in your own story submissions, your comments, votes or messages, as well as those of your favorite users. Once you’ve picked your content blocks, you can drag-and-drop them to rearrange your home page however you want.
In the coming days we will add more filtering functionality to My Ballhype and more customization options.

Looks good. On Mac OS X/Safari, each of the modules “spins” until I hit “5″ or “10″ in each one, one by one. It loads more quickly in FireFox. Is this where I can file a bug?
